Queen Elizabeth Leisure Centre is situated on the outskirts of Wimborne Minster town centre. It's on the B3082, the Blandford Forum road.
QE Leisure Centre welcomes all users including those with special needs. The Centre has been designed to ensure easy, no step, access to all ground floor facilities. The pool has direct wheelchair access, with dedicated changing for swimmers and helpers. There is also a disabled hoist for those who cannot use the pool steps and new walk in, walk out steps are planned for pool access in the near future. A lift is available to access the first floor. We have a wide range of activities to offer which include disabled swimming sessions, where the pool temperature is boosted, Parkinson Disease yoga, chair based classes and rehab programmes for stroke and heart conditions are a few examples.
